Welcome to The Psychotherapy Couch – a space that invites you to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself.

I’m Natasha, a PACFA-registered counsellor and psychotherapist with a Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy, passionate about supporting individuals and couples through life’s many seasons. Whether you’re navigating the newness of adulting, adjusting to a sudden life change, exploring your identity, feeling stuck, coping with a diagnosis, or reflecting on your journey as a parent – you are welcome here.

At The Psychotherapy Couch, we offer individual and couples counselling in a warm, safe, and inclusive environment. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, underpinned by a trauma-informed lens, and supported by practices from ACT, DBT, and Narrative Therapy.

The name The Psychotherapy Couch is inspired by the symbolic tradition of “the therapist’s couch” – a place to rest, process, explore, and find clarity. But more than that, it’s about creating a space that feels like your couch – where you can show up as you are, loosen the mask, take a deep breath, and speak freely. A place of curiosity, comfort, and courage.

We believe healing happens when you feel truly seen, heard, and understood. This is a non-judgmental space that celebrates your unique story and meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're ready to take bold steps or small ones, we walk beside you in your journey toward growth, authenticity, and wellbeing.
